We have been alerted that last night persons unknown broke into approximately a dozen vehicles within the community. The sheriff’s department is investigating, and we are assisting them in every capacity.
If you become aware of items missing or have any leads, please contact the non-emergency number for the sheriff’s department at (910) 452-6120.
If at any time you see something suspicious, please dial 911.
The patrol division has been given access to patrol the neighborhood in the evening hours.
It is our number one priority to maintain a safe and secure neighborhood. However, please be sure to make it a standard practice always to lock your vehicles.
