A new social scene has emerged within the River Bluffs neighborhood!
To create a greater sense of community and expand the warm welcome River Bluffs is known for, community residents got together and successfully launched 20 unique neighborhood social clubs this year. The new clubs offer something for everyone, boosting resident connections and engagement, as well as environmental community service within and around the neighborhood. A perfect neighborly solution for sharing individual skills, services, and expertise, the new community social clubs make it even easier to put down roots and feel right at home at River Bluffs.
Resident Website Helps Neighbors Connect
In need of a convenient and efficient way to communicate with residents and manage the new community clubs, the River Bluffs marketing team developed a secure, fully-customized resident portal easily accessed from the River Bluffs website. The new resident portal provides quick and easy club registration and allows residents personal interaction with each of the various club groups. Within the portal, residents can share news and information, ask a question, schedule a social gathering, and stay up-to-date with community happenings.
“River Bluffs is certainly the most interactive, neighborly community I’ve ever lived in. The resident portal is a unique tool that helps tie the neighborhood together.” – Bob Conger, River Bluffs Resident & Club Leader
Community Clubs Boost Neighborly Experience
From gardening and handyman help to gaming and foodie interest, the River Bluffs social clubs feature a rich mix of popular hobbies and social opportunities. Of the variety of clubs available, the helping hands and naturalists groups have gained the greatest following within the neighborhood. Recently, club members have started building bird homes and baths along the trails and parks surrounding the community. Club participation and the community’s dedication to nature has helped make River Bluffs a beautiful and inviting place to live.
We save our trees and practice responsible, low-impact development techniques that embrace the land rather than strip it clean.” – Burrows Smith, River Bluffs Developer
Benefits of Collaborative Living
Beyond providing residents more to do this summer, the new River Bluffs social groups have helped establish a cooperative and fulfilling living experience within the community. With so many club options to choose from, residents can often try new things, learn a new skill, or share what they know best. The clubs also make it easy to find new friends with similar interests, not far from home. By living and working together, River Bluffs residents have fully achieved a healthy and happy lifestyle along the river.
