We are planting a succession of Broccoli, Kale, Swiss Chard, and Pac Choi with much more to come weekly. The new paperpot transplanter was delivered a few weeks ago, and will be using it as much as possible. Our friend, Ben Hartman has an excellent youtube video on how it works. Our paperpot trays are almost ready and we can’t wait to put this thing to use this season.
Visit the market this weekend, we will have tomatoes, squash, eggplant, okra, kale, radishes, turnip and mustard greens, cucumbers and maybe a few surprises depending, again, on the wetness of the fields today. We look forward to seeing you there.
