Good Afternoon,

With the possibility of winter precipitation tomorrow and Thursday we wanted to make sure that everybody is prepared for what will surely be a disruption to our daily routines. This part of North Carolina is not “built” for winter weather and while NC DOT does a great job pre-treating the roadways, it’s after the storm event when things tend to get messy. The reality is that right now nobody is sure how much frozen precipitation/snow we will get, if any. Right now they are forecasting frozen precipitation for Wednesday afternoon and evening. We strongly recommend that you make plans Wednesday evening and Thursday morning to stay home if at all possible and avoid driving on the roads. In most cases, it takes at least one day for NC DOT to get all the roads to a reasonably safe condition. Temperatures are expected to get up to forty degrees later in the day on Thursday.

Annual Meeting

On another note, if you will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting of the HOA on January 17th you may complete the proxy form, found on the portal, and fax it to the number for Premier Management found at the bottom of the form. Let us know if you have any questions. Click this link to visit the  Community Information page on the  Portal. You will need to be logged in to the portal to see the information.

Portal Announcements
In the last few weeks because of the holiday’s and email system updates by some of the major email providers we had to overcome a few hurdles with our portal email system. We are now through testing and have found that only 3 email accounts are still not receiving the messages. We are working with these users to troubleshoot the issue. Please note that all messages sent from the portal are available for you to view at all times on the dashboard on the portal.

Thanks!
