Please complete one of the following items to earn your co-op commission:
1. Register your client through the form below, or with a member of the River Bluffs Sales Team.
2. You are invited to accompany your client to the River Bluffs Realty Sales Center on their first visit and register your client at that time.
3. A client can give the River Bluffs agent the Realtor’s name. This must be entered on the Visitor Registration Form that is completed during the client’s first visit to the property.
In order to be eligible for a sales commission within River Bluffs, you must be personally involved with your prospects on their first visit and introduce them to the River Bluffs Realty agent on site. Alternatively, you can register your prospect via e-mail prior to their first visit.
Additionally, the prospect must indicate that they are working with you but must do so on the first visit in order to be considered for compensation. The payment of a commission on a closed transaction will be based on procuring cause as defined by the National Association of Realtors.
