Residents,
See below for upcoming events and a brief community update.
Community Road WorkÂ
Due to the ongoing rain, road work has subsided. Crews will be ready to move forward once the weather clears and the ground dries out enough for work to continue.
Farm Market
Visit Facebook, like the page Facebook.com/RiverBluffsFarmMarket and share it with your friends! Farmer Steve and his crew have been working hard in partnership with Feast for the Gods to provide fresh produce and ready-made meals each Saturday morning from 10:00am – 2:00pm under the covered veranda at Porches Cafe. Stop by and say hi. The Farm Market is open to the local Wilmington area. Also, Dandy’s Organics will be at the market again this Saturday!
Dandy Andy’s Organics, LLC was started in 2017 by Jenn and Andrew Smith and became certified industrial hemp growers in 2018 through the North Carolina Industrial Hemp Pilot Program. We are farmers and purveyors of hemp and CBD. We currently have a small grow in Castle Hayne, NC and expect to have our first harvest late Summer. We are excited about the possibilities of hemp and CBD, and our goal is to help educate and bring quality products to market. We will be at the Farmer’s Market this Saturday with a variety of hemp and CBD products for sale, including; lotions, scrubs, salves and bath bombs. Come visit us, we look forward to seeing you there!
Porches Cafe
