In my post on Friday I indicated the incorrect time for the community information meeting being held this Wednesday. The meeting begins at 6:00 and will be held at the St. James AME Church at the corner of Castle Hayne Road and Chair Road. The meeting is being hosted by representatives of Hilton Properties Limited Partnership, the applicant for a sand mine proposed for 4117 Castle Hayne Road, and is intended to provide information about the project.
