Good evening,

As you have likely read, Michael is coming our way and we will likely begin to see the first signs of it tomorrow. As we have indicated in our previous messages, please prepare as you did for Florence. While the forecast for this storm may not be as dire as it was for Florence, you must respect it and take the same precautions.

Tomorrow we will be securing things throughout the property and the gates will likely be secured in the open position at the close of business tomorrow to prevent them from being damaged. We will know a great deal more in the morning as to the path and severity of the storm and you can expect multiple updates. I know many of you have reached out regarding specific trees, debris piles etc and while we are trying to attend to as many issues as we can; we will not be able to address them all. I realize this is the third e-mail indicating “we will know more” soon but unlike Florence, we just don’t know which side of the storm we will get. Bottom line, your preparations should be well underway. Attached is a link to the most current update I have from the National Weather Service.NWS Wilmington Update. Be sure to check this link again later tonight as they update it often.

Porches will be open tomorrow and we will make a decision about Thursday sometime tomorrow as well. Please be sure to check your e-mail frequently tomorrow.
