The exit gate on the Chair Road gates is still not operating and we are in the process of ordering the parts to upgrade the existing system. The bad news is that it will take several days to get the materials and get the installation done. The Chair Road gates will remain open tonight and tomorrow evening until 7:30 and until 9:30 on Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday they will close at 7:30 in the evening and they will remain closed on Monday and Tuesday (New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day) as there will be no construction work allowed on site, the greeters will be off and the Sales Center will be closed as well.
A temporary gate code has been programmed for the Rosewood gates to allow you to access those gates after hours if your current code does not open that set of gates. You may also give the code to guests etc. The code is #9999. Please keep in mind that it is temporary and will be removed from the system once the repairs have been made to the Chair Road gates. The code will also be provided to the Post Office to use for mail delivery on Monday, New Year’s Eve. We recognize that this is not a perfect system but it is only temporary and we are aggressively working to get the repairs done. Thank you for your patience.
