Below are a few items for your information and attention:
Irrigation Systems – Please be sure to check that your irrigation system is operating correctly as we are in the middle of a very dry and warm weather pattern and rain is not predicted anytime soon. Your irrigation system is your responsibility to maintain and if you find it is need of attention you can reach out to Yardnique at RiverBluffs@Yardnique.com or Elements Landscaping at 910-302-6888.
The Boat Ramp – A couple of residents reported an issue with the boat ramp over the weekend and divers today confirmed that there is a buildup of sand on the right side of the ramp (as you face the water) that is about eighteen inches high. We will be working on how to remove it this week. The ramp is still operable and safe, you just may notice your trailer is not level at lower tides.
Lost Keys on Camber – If you found a set of lost keys on Camber Drive please turn them into the Sales Office.
