I hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th of July. The Sales Office, Porches and the front gate will all be closed for the holiday tomorrow but will reopen on Friday with normal hours. Just a couple of quick information items.
- I know this is counter to a previous post but we have recently been asked by the new Postmaster to NOT add your mailbox number to your address going forward. Meaning, if you want to provide your address to someone it should be listed as “3571 Hansa Drive Castle Hayne, NC 28429”. Sorry for the confusion on this but the new Postmaster seems to have a much better handle on how to manage service to River Bluffs and we let him know we would pass his request on.
- The tree service will be back in the community late next week and perhaps the following week to do some removal and trimming for us. If you have a limb or tree that needs to be removed please let me know via e-mail as it is typically less expensive for you to have them do it while they are already on site. Please remember that you are responsible for the trees inside your Lot, including areas within easements and rights of way.
- A very big shout out to River Bluffs resident Buffy Constantine for being awarded Teacher of the Year at Blair Elementary School! Congratulations on this very prestigious recognition by the New Hanover County School Board and your peers.
