Good afternoon,

We are still waiting for the gate arm to arrive so the same protocol described in yesterday’s e-mail will apply tonight. The Chair Road gate will be closed at 7:30 p.m. and reopened at 6:30 a.m. To enter the community you will need to use the Rosewood Landing gate. We realize this is not an ideal scenario but it is temporary and we should be back up and running as normal within a day or two.

Please don’t forget that our neighbor to the north, GE, will be having a mandatory response drill tomorrow for most of the day. You will likely see various emergency vehicles and other activity around the site. This is a planned drill and there is no need for any action.

We have heard from many of you about a desire to have CPR training in the community and we have spoken to a number of agencies about getting their assistance and the best alternative we have found is the Red Cross program. They offer a full certification program for first aid, AED use and CPR for a cost of $100 per person, if we have a minimum of 15 people in a class. The catch is that the class cannot be much bigger than that or it stretches their resources. If you have an interest in this certification program at this cost, please e-mail Chloe at Chloe@riverbluffsliving.com for additional information.

Thanks very much and have a great afternoon.
