Hello All River Bluffs Residents:
December 1st is fast approaching and all of us at CEPCO are looking forward to beginning our relationship with River Bluffs.
We understand there are some residents that are paying monthly so if you have not paid your December dues as of yet, you may go online at www.cepco-nc.com and register using your property address to pay or you may send a check to us at River Bluffs c/o CEPCO 1628 Doctors Circle, Wilmington, NC 28401.
We will be sending out an invoice with your account number soon for the January 2020 payment and once the 2020 Budget gets approved, we will send out the remaining coupons.
Our offices will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving Holidays so our staff may enjoy time with their family and friends.
We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and look forward to seeing you in December.
