I’m John Lennon with River Bluffs Development. We believe River Bluffs is in the right place, and we think it’s the right time for you to visit. Here in North Carolina, we’re still operating under a modified stay-at-home order, but the real estate business continues and will continue at River Bluffs. We love for you to come see us let’s talk about the concept of place, community, and time.

River Bluffs is a 315-acre development located just north of downtown Wilmington, NC – 8 minutes by car. When I talk about community, I’m talking about this amazing neighborhood, It’s been developed in a way that respects the landscape, embraces nature, and gives our residents the opportunity to enjoy what was here long before we were. When I talk about time, there’s no better time than now – interest rates are in all-time low and the market continues to be active here in Southeastern North Carolina and we see that trend continuing.  

Social Distancing: New Home Tour Guidelines

We’ve established a number of ways for you to visit River Bluff – comfortably and safely. Our website, which you are on now, includes a wealth of information for you about our builders, our development team, and the different home sections throughout the neighborhood. We’ve embraced social distancing at River Bluffs and we understand it’s easy to embrace it while also continuing to do our work. We have a number of golf carts in vehicles to make it as easy as possible to show you around the community while maintaining social distance. 

As recommended by current COVID-19 guidelines, we practice social distancing on a regular basis. This includes cleaning golf carts, doorknobs and countertops, and model homes after every showing. It also means that when you give us your information and fill out an information card, you get to keep the pen. How do you look at property in this current environment? We created several different options for you. You’re welcome to borrow a golf cart, walk through at your leisure, and we can either wait inside or wait outside to answer any questions that you might have
