Good afternoon,

Many of you have recently reported that your key fob is not granting you access to the pool. After days of trying to troubleshoot the problem we believe the fix is now in the works. The database of users was damaged when lightning hit several months ago and damaged electronics in the fitness center building, where the controls for the pool gates and fitness center are located. With the closure of the pool due to Covid-19, this issue did not present itself until we opened the pool. Honeywell, the manufacturer of the system, is restoring the database today and the system should be back to normal by late this afternoon. Surely there will still be a few problems and if your fob still does not work tomorrow, please email Georgette at Georgette@riverbluffsliving.com as it is not necessary for you to come to the office to troubleshoot your fob. While many things are starting to open back up, it still makes sense to minimize contact unless absolutely necessary.

Many of you have asked about opening up the fitness center and please understand that that is up to the Governor of North Carolina, not River Bluffs or the HOA. As soon as we are advised that gyms may be reopened to the public we will let you know. We have had no complaints about issues at the pool since reopening and we all thank you for your support. Have a great afternoon.
