As we’ve mentioned, Mariner’s Watch will be located directly adjacent to our marina, adding to the nautical feel of the neighborhood and making things convenient for residents who enjoy being out on the water. As we’re planning Mariner’s watch, we’re also expanding the Marina itself—an added bonus for those considering a townhome in the community! With an average depth of 35’, our expanded Marina Complex will feature 188 boat slips, kayak and boat launches, and direct access to our 2,700’ Riverwalk including its view-encompassing gazebos. Construction of the expanded Marina is already underway, and will likely be completed within six to eight weeks.
