As I mentioned in my update last week, there is a lot of information on the resident portal that can often answer a number of questions you may have about life in the community. This email will focus on the two most popular topics, architectural guidelines and landscaping expectations. If you log into the portal and then click on “Community Resources” on the left side of your screen you will see a list of resources beginning with “Architecture”. The first link under that heading titled “ARC – Quick Summary” and will take you to a document that was created a couple of years ago after a group of homeowners spent several weeks going through the architectural guidelines and it was determined that a summary would be the best place to start if you have questions about the restrictions. This was also distributed to homeowners at a community meeting in the fall of 2018.
Under the heading “Element Outdoor Living” is a link titled “River Bluffs Lawn Maintenance Contract-Element” and that link will take you to the contract language that explains the services provided. There is also a link to the email address to use if you have need to contact Element directly and a schedule of the turf treatment program.
