Good afternoon,

Looks like cool, dry weather will be making an appearance this weekend and I hope you all get to enjoy it. There will be more information forthcoming next week about the General Store at River Bluffs, along with a summary of the results of the survey that was taken several weeks ago. I did want to make you aware of two large projects that you will see start next week. The waterline installation along Chair Road is scheduled to begin mid-week and there will be heavy equipment along Chair Road throughout the project. Please be alert for crews working along the roadside as you go up down the road.

Also beginning the middle part of next week will be the final phase of the shoreline stabilization project along the southern portion of the riverfront. As you may recall, over the last couple of years we have installed rock and dirt along sections of the riverfront to prevent further erosion and this phase will complete that for the whole length of the property. The large barge will make its appearance in the area of the marina and you will also see increased large truck traffic at the boat ramp as they load material onto the barge.

Thanks for your continued support of River Bluffs and have a great weekend.
