Good afternoon,

Just a few quick reminders as we all begin the holiday weekend. First, I wish all of you a very happy Thanksgiving and appreciate everyone’s continued support of the community. The Sales Office will be closed on Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving and will open again on Saturday. Contractors will not be working on the property on Thursday but will be back in on Friday. Please don’t forget to drop off your new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots to either the Sales Office or the General Store no later than next Wednesday.

Please note the new signage at the Fitness Center. Governor Roy Cooper has directed that masks must be worn in gyms at all times, even when exercising. Thank you for your cooperation with this directive as full compliance ensures that the facility can remain open.

Lastly, please see this message from Scharlotte Eby:

Dear RB Residents,

This email is for the members of the RB Procrastinators Club.  As a neighborhood, we give a monetary gift to the greeters each year for Christmas to show our appreciation for all they do for our piece of paradise.  I have been collecting the funds for a few weeks now and I have heard several of you say your going to get me money in the next few days. . .  .those days are running out.  I will be collecting money for one more week.  The last day to drop money off in the box at my house is Wednesday, December 2nd.

We ask that each household give $30.00, but please do what is right for you and your family.  Please put your contribution in an envelope with your name on it and just place it in the box at 328 Jenoa Drive (big blue house). Thank you to all who have already contributed, we have a very nice gift for Ronnie and Scott.  I will send out all the specifics when I have finished collecting. Remember, only one more week, December the 2nd is the last day!!!

Happy Thanksgiving,

Scharlotte Eby

Have a great Thanksgiving,
