Good afternoon,
The Pavillion is now open for the enjoyment of the community. The code to the restrooms is as follows: Push “2” and “4” at the same time, then hit “3” and then hit enter. You must push the buttons firmly to get the code to work. The doors lock automatically upon closing. Please note that the water to the sink and future water fountain has been turned off due to the cold weather. While there are trash cans located in the restrooms, please do not put dog waste bags in these cans. Unfortunately someone already left a bag on a bench this afternoon and we’d ask that those bags be disposed of in your own trash receptacles. The RAC, in conjunction with CEPCO and us, is working on a proposed policy for holding events at the Pavillion or reserving it and you will hear more about that during the annual meeting and in January. For now the facility will be cleaned once a week by the same crew that does the Fitness Center and that may be adjusted as usage increases. We hope that everyone enjoys this phenomenal new amenity.
The Sales Office will be closed Thursday and Friday of this week and as a reminder, trash pickup has been moved to Saturday for both this week and next. The Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom next Tuesday evening at 6:00. Martin from CEPCO will be distributing a link for the meeting next Monday.
