Dear River Bluffs Neighbors,

Some of you may be aware that I have started the planning process for the next section, section 4. I had the surveyor stake out the engineer’s first draft on the ground recently. This is my process to see how I would like to change things out in the field. I like to see how the roads work with significant trees and how the terrain looks. However, to my dismay, someone has removed the majority of the survey stakes and thrown them around in the woods. To say I was very disappointed and amazed that this would occur in River Bluffs is a huge understatement. Therefore, please be advised, and tell your kids that we have installed quite a few cameras in this area to catch anyone that tries the same prank again. It will cost us several thousand dollars to re-stake the roads again, so I can plan this area for the final development. There are many trees I plan to re-route the roads around as much as possible, but I can’t without these survey stakes. Rest assured, anyone we catch on camera will be facing legal action and a hefty bill so please inform your kids, or anyone else you might suspect of this foolishness, they will be caught going forward. I hate that someone within the community would have stooped to this low level. I hope this warning will be a lesson as this type of behavior will not be tolerated.
