The RiverBluffs community truly is just that a real community of people who care about each other, want to know each other, and care about Wilmington overall.
This year the River Bluffs fall festival was expanded to start off the day with the American Heart Association 5K run/walk. Lots of walkers and donators to such a great cause. We have a lot of talent here in River Bluffs, we had over 22 vendors from our community only who set up to show their talents and provide handmade artisan arts and crafts. We also got to have a great lunch from our local food trucks. They came out to support our event with both breakfast as well as lunch. We do have a group of men and women who love to sing and play instruments. We have our own River Bluffs house band called Last Chance and they played for hours with our favorite songs to sing along with and got folks dancing in the street. We can’t forget our General Store! It is the hub for our neighborhood. They graciously were the central area to hand out T-shirts for the heart walk as well as providing ice cream for the kids that participated in the walk. Don’t forget our general store has coffee, donuts, ice cream, milkshakes, produce, local goods, and products!
This was a great day for the development of RiverBluffs. This truly is a special neighborhood!
