Good morning,
Please see the message below from The River Bluffs Team and your Resident’s Advisory Committee.
The Community Activity Room (CAR) is a shared resource that is available to all residents. The CAR is used for ping pong, community group meetings, and other purposes. Users of the CAR are expected to remove any trash they may have created and put chairs, tables, and any other items away so that the space is tidy and ready for the next users. This common courtesy has been our normal practice here in River Bluffs.
Unfortunately, this practice was not employed earlier this month. Someone who used the CAR on or before January 7th left scattered trash in the CAR and did not collect and put away ping pong balls that had been distributed about the room. The residents who went to use the facility on the evening of the seventh had to clean up the disarray left by the prior users. We think you will agree that this is not the behavior that we expect from each other.
Access to the CAR is controlled through use of resident’s FOBs to the fitness center and a door access code on the 2nd floor. The River Bluffs security system logs FOB use making it possible to determine who has used the facilities. The security system may be employed to identify users who may have failed to return the CAR to its neat and tidy state if problems in keeping the CAR clean continue.
Please respect all our shared community resources as you would your own home. Everyone will appreciate our collective commitment to maintaining a beautiful neighborhood.
