At the Annual Meeting in late January of this year, the Developer explained that the Resident Advisory Committee would be phased out and replaced with a Board appointed by the Declarant (the Developer), in accordance with the Declaration. This was discussed during the Developer’s presentation and in the accompanying PowerPoint slides and was thought to be a more prudent approach to preparing the Association for self-governance once the Declarant is no longer in control. It is reflective of the rapid growth the community has seen and the need to have homeowners actively involved in projects such as budgeting, long-range forecasting and maintenance of the Association’s amenities.
The Developer has appointed the new Board and they began serving a couple of months ago. To reach the new Board please use RBHOABoard@riverbluffsliving.com. The old RAC@riverbluffsliving.com has been disabled and should no longer be used. The new Board members are:
