Good afternoon,
By now you have heard the unfortunate news regarding the closure of the General Store. Mike and Julie have invested a great deal of their time and money in the store and we have met frequently over the last month to determine if there were other ways to keep it in operation. Sadly, the current economic climate shows no signs of improving and combining that fact with the flat revenue growth; moving forward simply did not make economic sense. We would like to thank Mike and Julie for their tireless efforts and their willingness to take a risk.
We have met with the Board and discussed several different ideas for the future and the development company will continue to review its options for the space. We will be in communication with everyone within a few weeks.
