As most of us are aware there is extensive vegetation and river “Junk” in and around the River Walk and
Marina. Past mitigation efforts have taught us the most efficient method is to use a boat. That way we
can drag the material into the current and let it float away.
We have identified a person who is having a boat with a winch built. This should be completed within
the next two months. To insure we stay up with the cleaning, the boat will be docked at the marina.
Please bear with us just a little while longer as we feel this is the best long-term solution for the issue.
