The community and neighborhood amenities at River Bluffs are expanding along the
North East Cape Fear River!

The Pavilion, River Bluffs’ latest amenity addition, is now under construction! The Pavilion is located between the Marina and the new Mariner’s Watch Townhomes. The Pavilion will be large enough to host events and enjoyed by residents and guests on a sunny afternoon. Two restrooms, an expansive welcoming covered porch, a serving area, electrical outlets, and freshwater, will make the Pavilion an ideal outdoor common area for the neighborhood.
