Denis is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilmington Holding Corporation.
A graduate of Colgate University and Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Cronin has been a real estate investor, operator and developer for more than twenty-five years.
For many years, he practiced law in New York and was a partner in the prominent national law firms of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and Vinson & Elkins. Denis was a member of the Colgate University Board of Trustees for fourteen years, including four years as chair. He also chaired a panel of the Disciplinary Committee of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department.
