We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of NEW boat slips at the River Bluffs Marina! The Riverwalk & Marina project has been an exciting undertaking and a great new amenity for homeowners. Our hope is to finish development this summer so residents can dock their boats and enjoy the North Cape Fear waterway very soon.
