A couple of quick updates …
Live Music tonight at Porches – Robert Beauchene from 6:00pm – 9:00pm
The Sales Center and Porches will be closed for business on Easter Sunday.
I am putting together another Portal training for Tuesday, April 10th 5:30pm at Porches. I will also have Yardnique there to have a brief update on their services for the upcoming seasons. Yardnique will start the meeting off and then when they are done I’ll take over for portal training. I hope to see lots of you there. Please feel free to bring your laptops and other personal devices for hands on training.
Gentle Reminder – the Fitness center has age restrictions for unaccompanied minors. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
BIG NEWS from THE SALES TEAM - We wanted to update you all on a change to the way we handle sales within the community. As with any business relationship, there are natural evolutions and effective today, River Bluffs Realty, LLC will be the listing company for all new homes and developer Lots within River Bluffs. This decision was made purely for business and financial reasons and we will continue to recommend Seacoast as one of the premier firms in the Wilmington area. The company is solely owned by River Bluffs Development Corp and the same great sales team will be in place. Our team will only represent sellers of real estate, including the development company, members of our builder team and of course we’d be happy to assist you if you ever choose to sell your home.
