Hello all what a crazy spring we are having this year. Seems thought mother nature has finally agreed to let us have a summer.
In saying that now is a great time to turn on your irrigation and set it no more than a few days a week. Remember the grass is still coming out of dormancy so will take time to green up. I have noticed a good bit of brown spots through out the property. This can be from numerous issues but the main one I’ve seen is winter burn. We had a very cold winter so its been more problematic this year than in years past. See link below.

Also we will be treating all yards (turf grass) next Wednesday 5/14 (pending weather). We will be applying fertilizer and a selective herbicide to kill weeds. So please leave your gates unlocked.
