Events
Don’t forget! Tonight is Karaoke Night at Porches Cafe from 6:00pm – 9:00pm! Be sure to add your email to the Porches Cafe email list (click here) to never miss out on their daily specials.
The Resident Portal
Login – Please use the email address that you have on file within your portal user account to log in. A few internet browsers were having issues passing the username through the login process. This should fix the issue. We have noted that older email accounts do have different mail list permissions and hence we see some issues every few months with those accounts trying to login to the portal. A few of the accounts we have identified are @att.net, @aol.com, and @ec.rr.com. Many residents who didn’t want to possibly experience this issue any longer created Gmail accounts. Gmail updates their settings very regularly, so we will not see this issue with that email provider. If you have questions or need any assistance with the portal please email Megan at riverbluffsmarketing@gmail.com.

We have created a marketing survey that will take no longer than 5 minutes for each resident to fill out. Please click on this link and provide your input. We value your thoughts and feedback. CAR Room Reservations
The CAR Room Reservation system is active, but still has some kinks to work out. We have updated the Rules and information that you will find on the ‘CAR Room Reservations” page when you are logged into the portal. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues when booking a reservation.
