The demand for the Boat and RV Storage Area has been very strong and as a result we will be adding the next section to it this summer and are also looking at adding covered storage. In an effort to better track items in the storage area, we have revised the rental agreement and you will find a new one attached here. If you have anything in the storage area and even if you have an active agreement, we ask that you please complete the attached document and return it to the Sales Office no later than next Friday, March 1, 2019 along with payment for four months. That payment will reflect occupancy through the end of the second quarter of 2019 (June 30,2019) and billing will occur quarterly thereafter. We know that several of you are already current with payments and if that is the case, your payment may only be an amount sufficient to carry you through June 30,2019.
