Good Afternoon River Bluffs Owners:
All homeowners in the community should have gotten an email from Theresa Britt <noreply@pilera.com> on Friday, February 22nd. This email was intentionally sent out to all homeowners in all communities managed by Premier Management Company. This email is to introduce a new, secure website environment to better provide direct access to information related to both your individual property, and the community as a whole. This is a service provided by Premier Management Company that is independent of the River Bluffs Portal. A couple examples of the benefits that will be available to homeowners is direct access to account details to help homeowners keep track of charges and payments, and the ability to pay dues through the homeowner login. If you have received an invite to join, please establish your login credentials on our secure website. If you did not receive an invite, please email Rob@PremierManagementNC.com with your property address, and preferred email address to get started.
Additionally, we wanted to let all owners know that Premier Management Company and River Bluffs Development recently performed an audit of all move-in dates in the community. There were some homes identified that are currently paying the vacant lot rates when they should be paying full Assessment/Dues rates while living in the homes. There will be adjustments made to these homeowner accounts to prorate the full assessments based on the move-in date reported by the builders and sales agents. Now that homeowners will have a clear view of the account details in our new Homeowner Login, it may look messy when going back to adjust the accounts. For example, Premier Management will need to reverse the payments made during the time period being adjusted, adjust the total owed, and then re-post the payments that were made. This should leave the remaining balance owed. Additionally, statements will be sent out indicating what balances are owed, and the homes that pay monthly will receive a new coupon book if necessary.
