Once again Mother Nature has given a blow to some of the electronic systems we have on site. A lightning strike appears to have damaged the key fob reader at the fitness center, some of our front entry cameras and the scanner on the Rosewood Landing entry gate. Unfortunately this is in addition to the existing issue with the Chair Road entrance gate. We are working on getting all of these things repaired. The fitness center is accessible.
In the interim, you should use your gate code at the call box. We have also set up a temporary code of “9999” for use at the call box and that will open the Rosewood Landing gate. That code will be removed from the system when repairs are made. We are working diligently to get all the systems up and running and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a good weekend.
