As promised, attached are the instructions on how to log onto the CEPCO managed website for River Bluffs.
On this site, you may pay your assessments either via echeck or credit card (processing fees do apply). You may also view your Violations (hope you don’t have any), submit any Architectural Requests and view Association Documents. Some documents are still being revised and will be uploaded asap.
If you have any difficulty or need further assistance logging in, please contact our accounting depa rtment at accounting@cepco-nc.comand they will be happy to assist.
