Hope everyone is managing to stay out of the heat. It looks like this will be the pattern for some time. Just wanted to pass along some information prior to the weekend. Crews will be working throughout the community tomorrow and next week cleaning out the infiltration systems located on many of the homesites in the community. This involves removing the grate at each end of the system and vacuuming out any debris that may have collected in the system. Work will likely take a couple of weeks.
Several have inquired about the easiest way to look up community information such as HOA financial, minutes from the RAC meetings etc. If you go to the portal and click on the heading to the left “Community Resources”, it will take you to a page that has a list of information sorted by topic. That list is updated frequently so if you see something that might be helpful for us to add, please let us know.
