Below is the post I sent out on Friday that included information about GE having evacuation drills today. Several 911 calls were made this morning during their early tests of the siren system so we just wanted to remind everyone that the sirens will be going off again at 4:00 p.m. this afternoon. Our neighbor to the north, GE, will be conducting a number of evacuation drills on Monday, November 23rd. The drills will be held at 5:30 a.m (yes, a.m.), 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It is likely that you may hear a siren sounding during parts of the drill. Do not be alarmed as it only part of the exercise.
