Additionally, the sometimes messy job of taking out the trash is now as easy as tossing it out by the back door—trash collectors will come right to your home, take out the trash and recycling, and return the provided canisters – easy. All of this, along with plenty more to come, is included in the $135 monthly fee. You’d pay that much just for some gyms in the area!
Extras for Garden Homes
If you’re a homeowner of one of the Garden Homes built by Premier, then there are some extra perks coming your way. With the additional fee of $174.58 (totaling $309.58 per month), you’ll also have worry-free maintenance of the exterior of your home. This means no more trips up the ladder to clean out those gutters, and no more wasted hours spent pressure-washing in the heat of summer. The HOA fees also include master insurance, which covers both wind and hail damage.

With all these great amenities, you might not expect much more, but we are dedicated to constantly improving our community lifestyle here at River Bluffs. In the near future, your HOA fees will also include the creation and maintenance of so many great things, you’ll be hard-pressed to choose which to enjoy first! You may already be a fan of our walking trails, and more are on the way. We are currently building our Riverwalk & Marina, due for completion in 2017, for all of you who love the waterways. The sports enthusiasts will have basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts to enjoy. You can even expect places for your canine pals to play in our new dog parks.
