New River Bluffs Website
Our new website is a huge achievement for 2016. Not only does it showcase our beautiful and innovative community, it makes it simple and inviting for site users to navigate our videos, photos, listings, amenities, news and events – like never before. We’re very proud of the way it turned out, and hope you are enjoying it too.
Social Media Expansion
When it comes to ramping up our social media presence, 2016 was the year we achieved it! Not only did we expand to Twitter and Google+, we also made great strides in likes, followers, comments and more on our Facebook and YouTube channel. We feel great knowing that our residents and new home buyers can find and connect with us on whichever social platform is preferred.
Welcome Kyle to the Sales Team
A new year means new faces to our team! We’re honored to welcome Kyle Fryt, our latest real estate broker, to our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Kyle has great sales experience, and knows a lot about our building process so reach out to him to schedule a tour today!
HomeFest Celebration
Proudly presented by Wilmington-Cape Fear Builders Association, HomeFest 2016 was a HUGE success at River Bluffs and a true highlight of our year. It was an exciting weekend-long festival and street fair event showcasing 7 exceptional new homes by 5 members of River Bluffs Builder Team. Our Trail Race attendance turn-out blew us away so we’re definitely planning more races in 2017 – stay tuned!
Porches Extended Hours & Menu
Our very own Porches Cafe has risen to a top-rated restaurant in the Wilmington/Castle Hayne area and we couldn’t be more excited. In 2016, Porches extended to dinner hours and added a variety of new favorite dinner items to the menu. We’re happy that residents and guests can enjoy Porches even later here at River Bluffs.
Riverwalk & Marina Development
In 2016, we began construction of our Riverwalk and Marina! It’s been a very exciting process for all of us at River Bluffs, starting with a CAMA approved “Living Shoreline” and the use of barges and cranes to bring in supplies and equipment. Once complete, residents and guests will be able to walk half a mile on the river! If you’re interested in staying up-to-date with the very latest development updates, hop on over to our Riverwalk and Marina progress page! We promise to keep residents and interested home buyers informed throughout the rest of development this year.
Rosewood Development Addition
To offer even more quality custom homes to interested home buyers, we began development of a NEW section by Premier Homes, Rosewood Landing last year! Opening soon in 2017, Premier Phase II homes will feature the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail Premier is known for.
Paint at Porches
With so much success in 2016, Porches Cafe has started to host events! The first event, Paint at Porches, was a 5-series painting class by local artist and art instructor, Maureen. Porches provided the space and the lunch, and attendants received 2 hours of paint instruction. It was a great time for all.
New Sponsorships
We are honored to announce seasonal sponsorship in 2016 for the Wilmington Symphony and Youth Orchestra! Each talented group performs at the new Wilson’s Center in Downtown Wilmington and the Kenan Auditorium at the Unversity of North Carolina at Wilmington, respectively. We also sponsor the UNCW Men’s & Women’s Basketball teams, receiving special recognition during each of their half-time shows. Look for us on the big screen at the next game!
